Mapping
Mapping is perhaps the key feature to SyncChannel
Channel SKUs are mapped to Inventory Items.
This way, when Channel Orders come in, SyncChannel knows which Inventory Items are affected and quantities for in stock values are adjusted accordingly.
Mapping solves a number of consistency issues, including duplicate Channel SKUs, Channel SKUs listed with incorrect or different SKUs, combo Channel SKUs containing multiple items and more.
